Terms of Service
Last updated: 4 September 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Agreement”, or “Terms of Service”) govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, trading platforms, evaluation programs, funded-account programs, educational materials, software, services, products, and other services provided by FINVORA, trading as Finvora Capital, Finvora Funded, or any affiliated or related entity (collectively, “Finvora”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing a product, participating in an evaluation, using any trading account, accessing our dashboard, using our copy-trading technology, or otherwise using any Finvora service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services.
1. ABOUT FINVORA
Finvora Capital is a financial technology and trading-services brand that may provide, depending on the product selected:
- trading evaluations;
- simulated trading programs;
- proprietary trading-style evaluation programs;
- funded-account programs;
- simulated or demo trading accounts;
- CFD-related products;
- futures-related products;
- trading analytics;
- trading dashboards;
- educational resources;
- trading tools;
- performance analytics;
- copy-trading technology;
- affiliate and referral programs;
- promotional programs;
- customer support;
- account management services;
- technology and software services; and
- other financial-technology services.
The exact nature of each product is determined by its applicable product page, account agreement, trading rules, program rules, and other applicable documentation.
Not every product offered by Finvora constitutes an investment product, brokerage account, deposit-taking service, or asset-management service.
Where a product is a simulated or evaluation environment, the trading activity may be simulated and may not involve execution of trades with real market counterparties or the customer's personal capital being invested in financial markets.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must satisfy all eligibility requirements applicable to the service you are using.
Unless a specific product states otherwise, you must:
- be at least eighteen (18) years old;
- have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
- provide accurate and complete information;
- comply with all applicable laws and regulations;
- not be prohibited from using our services in your jurisdiction;
- not use the service on behalf of an undisclosed third party;
- maintain only accounts permitted under our rules;
- complete verification procedures where required; and
- comply with applicable sanctions, anti-money-laundering, fraud-prevention, and identity-verification requirements.
Certain jurisdictions may be restricted from accessing particular Finvora products.
Finvora may refuse service, restrict access, or terminate an account where providing the service would violate applicable law, regulatory requirements, internal risk controls, payment-provider restrictions, or other legitimate compliance requirements.
3. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
By:
- visiting our website;
- registering an account;
- clicking “I Agree” or equivalent;
- purchasing a challenge;

- submitting a payout request;
- using copy-trading functionality; or
- otherwise using a Finvora service,
you confirm that you accept these Terms.
If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
You may be required to create a Finvora account before accessing certain services.
You agree to provide:
- your legal name;

7. SIMULATED TRADING
Where a product is designated as simulated, demo, evaluation, virtual, or simulated-proprietary trading:
- you understand that the trading environment may not represent actual execution in live financial markets;
- displayed balances may represent virtual or notional capital;
- profits and losses may be simulated;
- market prices may be sourced from third-party providers;
- simulated execution may differ from live-market execution;
- slippage, liquidity, spreads, commissions, and other trading conditions may be simulated;
- historical or hypothetical performance does not guarantee future performance; and
- any reward or payout associated with the program is governed by the applicable program rules.
You must not represent a simulated account as a personal brokerage account or as evidence that Finvora has deposited the displayed account balance into your personal bank account.
8. NO GUARANTEE OF FUNDING
Passing an evaluation does not necessarily create an unconditional right to receive a live trading account, investment account, brokerage account, or real-money capital.
Where a product includes a “funded account”, the applicable agreement will determine whether the account is:
- simulated;
- virtual;
- proprietary;
- live;
- broker-connected;
- allocated;
- notional; or
- otherwise structured.
Finvora may require additional verification, compliance checks, risk assessment, contractual acceptance, or other requirements before granting access to a subsequent stage.
9. TRADING RULES
You agree to comply with all rules applicable to your account.
A violation may result in:
- warning;
- temporary suspension;
- restriction;
- trade removal;
- account reset;

- cancellation of pending rewards;
- rejection of a payout;
- forfeiture of promotional benefits; or

Finvora may investigate suspected rule violations before taking final action.
Where appropriate, Finvora may request information, trading records, explanations, or supporting documentation.

- any conduct intended to improperly obtain financial benefit from Finvora.
11. COPY TRADING
Where Finvora offers copy-trading functionality, use of that functionality is subject to the specific copy-trading rules displayed within the platform.
Copy trading may be subject to restrictions concerning:

Finvora may integrate with third-party trading platforms and technology providers.
Examples may include platforms for:

Third-party platforms may have their own terms, privacy policies, technical requirements, fees, limitations, and availability.
Finvora does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any third-party platform.
13. MARKET DATA
Market prices and other financial data may be obtained from third-party providers.
Finvora does not guarantee that market data will always be:
- complete;
- accurate;
- uninterrupted;
- real-time;
- error-free;
- synchronized across platforms; or
- identical to prices displayed by another provider.
Market-data discrepancies may occur because different providers use different liquidity sources, feeds, aggregation methodologies, timestamps, and pricing models.
14. FEES AND PURCHASES
Prices for Finvora products are displayed on the applicable product page or checkout page.
Prices may vary depending on:

- misrepresent a transaction;
- manipulate payment systems; or
- use payment methods in violation of applicable law.
Finvora may suspend an account while investigating payment disputes or suspected payment fraud.
16. REFUNDS
Refunds are governed by Finvora's separate Refund Policy.
Where a product is consumed, activated, accessed, or used, refund eligibility may be affected by the applicable Refund Policy.
17. PAYOUTS AND REWARDS
Where a program provides rewards, profit shares, performance payments, or other payouts, such payments are subject to the applicable product rules.
Finvora may require:
- identity verification;
- KYC;
- AML screening;
- tax information;
- payment verification;
- trading-rule verification;
- account review;
- contractual acceptance; or
- other compliance checks.
A payout request may be rejected or delayed where there is reasonable evidence of:
- rule violations;
- fraud;
- account ownership issues;
- payment fraud;
- prohibited trading;
- sanctions concerns;
- identity inconsistencies;
- technical manipulation; or
- other material violations.
18. KYC, AML AND COMPLIANCE
Finvora may conduct identity verification and compliance checks.
You agree to provide accurate documentation when reasonably requested.
Finvora may use third-party verification providers.
Finvora may refuse or restrict service where required by law or where compliance concerns exist.
